Sdeem

How it works

An idea. A design. Something real.

Describe what you need. Review the shape, size and price. Then choose a printed object or a file to print yourself.

Review your design before deciding to buy.

From start to finish

You bring the idea. We help with the making.

You can review the result before choosing what happens next.

  1. You

    Describe your idea

Tell us what you want to make, in Arabic or English. Add a reference photo if it helps explain the shape.

Mention dimensions if the object needs to fit a particular space. We may ask a question to clarify your request.

  2. Sdeem

Turn it into a 3D design

Your request becomes a design brief and a 3D model. The model is prepared and checked for printing.

You can leave the page and return to check progress.

  3. You

    Review the result

See preview images, dimensions and a measured print-price estimate. Check that the result is what you had in mind.

Your first redesign is free. The order quote is confirmed separately before checkout.

  4. You

Choose a print or a file

Order a physical print, or buy a print-ready file for your own printer. For a print, select a maker or ask Sdeem to find one.

The order flow guides you through the maker and payment steps for your chosen option.

  5. Sdeem

    Follow it through to completion

For a print, follow the maker’s progress through printing and delivery. For a file, download it when your purchase is complete.

The maker provides a photo of the finished print before handing it to the carrier.

Questions

The things people ask first

How long does the design take?

Usually a couple of minutes from your sentence to a priced, measured design. You can close the page and come back to it.

What if the design is not what I meant?

Your first redesign is free. If Sdeem was unsure what you wanted, it asks you a question before building anything at all.

Can I ask for a specific size?

Yes. Say it in your sentence and Sdeem builds it to that measurement. Say nothing and it picks a sensible size for the object.

Can I just buy the file?

Yes. Every finished design can be bought as a print-ready file instead of a printed object.

What if no printer owner takes my order?

You are refunded in full, automatically. You are never left holding a paid order that nobody will print.

That is the whole process.

The fastest way to understand it is to describe something and watch it happen.
