Terms of use

What you agree to when you use Sdeem, and what Sdeem agrees to in return.

Plain-language draft. This describes exactly how Sdeem operates today and is being reviewed before launch.

01

What Sdeem is

Sdeem is a marketplace. It turns your description into a 3D design, prices it, and connects you with an independent printer owner who makes it. Sdeem does not own the printers and does not employ the makers.

02

Your account

You need a verified email address, and the details you give must be your own. You are responsible for what is created under your account. Deactivated accounts keep their order history so that past orders can still be traced.

03

Designs and what may be made

You are responsible for having the right to make what you ask for. Sdeem refuses weapons and weapon parts, copies of real trademarks and protected characters, keys and lock bypass tools, and anything designed to harm a person. A refused request is never sent to a maker and costs nothing.

04

Prices and payment

Every price is calculated from the slicer's measurement of your file using the pricing configuration active at that moment, and includes 15% VAT. A quote is valid for a limited time and is recalculated when it expires. You are charged only after a maker has confirmed your order, or, when Sdeem searches on your behalf, before the search begins and refunded in full if nobody accepts.

05

Printing and delivery

The maker prints your object, photographs it, and hands it to a carrier. Delivery dates shown are expected dates, not guarantees, and the carrier is a third party.

06

If something goes wrong

If your order arrives damaged, wrong, or not at all, raise a complaint from the order page. Sdeem reviews it and can refund you. If no maker takes your order, you are refunded automatically and in full.

07

If you print for Sdeem

You are an independent business, not an employee. You choose which jobs to accept, and the payout is fixed when the offer is made. You are paid against a photograph of the finished print, to the Saudi IBAN on your account.

08

Who owns the design

You own the object you asked for and the file produced for it. Sdeem keeps a copy so your order history and any reprint stay possible.

09

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
